SHORT_DESC: Vineyard in the municipality of Canzano, from 250 meters up to 400 meters above sea level. Calcareous clayey soils more compact towards the valley, more loose and ventilated, rich in skeleton in the middle of the hill. Age of planting from 5 to 20 years.

OVERVIEW_PROCESS: Immediate crushing of the grapes, immediate refrigeration of the must, in order to avoid oxidation and promote the clarification of the same. Subsequent triggering of fermentation, always paying great attention to temperatures in order to avoid the loss of precursors of varietal aromas. After a first racking, the wine rests on its lees for a few months, it is bottled at the beginning of the year following the harvest, to be ready for consumption in spring.
