SHORT_DESC: Single vineyard of 1 hectare located in the municipality of Canzano, 300 meters above sea level. East-southeast exposure; homogeneous clayey calcareous soils rich in skeleton; "hybrid row" breeding (2200 vines per hectare). Age of implantation on average over 5 years.

OVERVIEW_VARIETAL: 100% Passerina

OVERVIEW_PROCESS: Immediate crushing of the grapes, immediate refrigeration of the must for the clarification of the same; triggering of fermentation, paying great attention to temperatures in order to avoid the loss of precursors of varietal aromas. After a first racking, the wine evolves on its fine lees. It is bottled about four months after the harvest, to be ready for consumption after another 2 months of finishing in the bottle.

PROFILE_COLOR: Straw yellow, with greenish reflections.

PROFILE_FINISH: In the mouth it attacks soft, dry, with a compact and savory freshness, all in balance and correspondence with the olfactory promises.
