SHORT_DESC: Vineyard located in the municipality of Canzano, from 250 to 400 meters. Above sea level. Calcareous clayey soils more compact towards the valley, more loose and ventilated rich in skeleton in the middle of the hill. Age of implantation on average 20 years.

OVERVIEW_VARIETAL: 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo

OVERVIEW_PROCESS: Immediate destemming-crushing of the grapes by gently crushing the grape, immediate refrigeration of the destemmed, cold maceration. Subsequent heating and triggering of fermentation with maceration in steel at controlled temperature, mechanical fulling. Fermentation is followed by maceration for 10-15 days for a complete extraction of color and tannin. After racking, spontaneous malolactic fermentation takes place and, after 2 racking, part of the mass rests on its fine lees for at least 8 months in steel. At the end of aging, after a proper rest in steel, it is bottled around the month of November, to be ready for consumption after at least 2 months in the bottle.
