SHORT_DESC: It originates from the Guardiesi Hills with an altitude of 400/450 m asl on clayey-calcareous soils, rich in skeleton. The harvest takes place the third decade of October. For this wine, the grapes are dried before destemming, then gently pressed and finally fermented. Aged 12 months in oak barrels and six to eight months in bottle. Malaca, the cure is in the perfume.

OVERVIEW_PROCESS: After careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and pressed in the absence of oxygen, followed by a delicate pressing. At the end, a slow fermentation begins for about 2 months.
