SHORT_DESC: It originates from the Guardiesi Hills with an altitude of 400/450 m asl on clayey-calcareous soils. The harvest takes place the third decade of October. Harvesting by hand in crates at the phenolic maturation.

OVERVIEW_VARIETAL: 85% Falanghina 15% other local grapes

OVERVIEW_PROCESS: The grapes, as soon as they are harvested, are subjected to a careful and light pre-fermentation maceration. This is followed by soft pressing of whole bunches. The must obtained, rigorously protected from oxygen, is separated from the press must and clarified by natural sedimentation. Fermentation takes place in oak barriques for approximately 30 days. The refinement is carried out in stainless steel tanks, through the management of the fine lees with regular batonnage. After at least 8 months of refinement in the bottle, the wine begins to fully express its characteristics.

PROFILE_NOSE: Wine rich in varietal, original aromas, in which there are notes of ripe fruit, apricot, jam and wild flowers.

PROFILE_FINISH: Excellent fresh taste provided by a good level of acidity, good structure, persistent finish with notable aromatic return.
