SHORT_DESC: The vineyards are located in the most renowned hills of Medio Campidano, not far from the city of Cagliari, in southern Sardinia. The average age of the vines is 30 years, with a planting density of about 7000 vines per hectare. To maintain good grape quality, the bunches are selected before veraison, and the harvest takes place in the second half of August, after a slight withering on the vine. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures for 15 days and aging for 12 months in stainless steel with frequent batonnage.
