SHORT_DESC: Ester is the product of selecting the finest Vermentino grapes from our estate, located in the most renowned hills of Medio Campidano. The average age of the vines is 30 years, with a planting density of about 7000 vines per hectare. To maintain good grape quality, the bunches are selected before veraison, and the harvest takes place in the first decade of September, once perfect ripeness is achieved. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures for 15 days and an aging period of 8 months in stainless steel with lees aging.
