SHORT_DESC: The wine was first produced in 2016. The vineyards are located in the most suitable hills of Medio Campidano, not far from the city of Cagliari in southern Sardinia. The average age of the vines is 30 years, with a planting density of approximately 7000 vines per hectare. To maintain a good quality of grapes, the bunches are selected before the ripening process, and the harvest takes place in the second half of August once perfect ripeness is achieved. This is followed by fermentation in steel tanks at low temperatures for 15 days and a 9-month aging in steel with frequent batonnage.
