SHORT_DESC: The wine was first produced in 2016. The vineyards are located in the most renowned hills of Medio Campidano, not far from the city of Cagliari, in southern Sardinia. The average age of the vines is 40 years, with a planting density of about 6000 vines per hectare. To maintain good grape quality, the bunches are selected before veraison, and the harvest takes place in the second half of September, once perfect ripeness is achieved. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature for 10 days and a minimum refinement of 12 months in concrete before bottling.

PROFILE_NOSE: Intense and elegant with pleasant hints of red fruits, spices, and Mediterranean herbs

PROFILE_FINISH: Warm, round, with good structure and excellent balance. Notes of fruits and spices are present. The finish is persistent.
