Our Vermentino “Paguro” is linked to the sea. The label shows a crustacean typical of the coastal areas of Bolgheri. During its life cycle, this crustacean takes possession of the shells of the snails it encounters and makes them its home. This idea inspired the company to use this metaphor, which recalls the introduction and great development of Vermentino in the area, which has overwhelmingly replaced the native varieties of Trebbiano Malvasia, the typical grapes present in the Bolgheri area.
