A special selection dedicated almost every year to our founder, Luigi Arnulfo. The best grapes are harvested over-ripe. With its great persistence, it is a wine that perfectly expresses the typical Barolo from Bussia hill. The label reproduces the one created for Luigi Arnulfo for the Barolo 1883 and 1990.

Color: deep, rich, dark red

Nose: tobacco & ripe fruits

Flavor/Finish: tobacco & ripe fruits prevail, leaving a pleasing sensation of sweet, silky & velvety tannins on the palate; persistent, lingering aftertaste  

Varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Food Pairing: red game meats, ripe & aged cheeses  

Process: 36 months in large, 5000 liter Slavonian oak barrels, then in bottle

Serving Temperature: 65 °F
